Training round up...week of February 2-9, 2009

Tuesday - Spin at Cyclefit
Wednesday - Spin at Cyclefit
Thursday - Indoor ride at Euro-sports.
Fri - Pick up hockey
Saturday - Winterlude Triathlon
Sunday - short ski with the kids

The first event of the Rudy Award was on Saturday and the conditions couldn't be better. I made the mistake of trying to use my classic boots on my clip on skates for the first time and that took its toll on my ankles.

Training round up...week of Jan 26-Feb 1, 2009

The weather was a bit better and with the winter tri around the corner I tried to get out skiing/skating.
Sunday - skied 10km at Mooneys Bay
Monday - short skate on the canal about 8km
Tuesday - 1 hour of skate skiing at Mooney's Bay
Thursday - Indoor ride at Euro-sports.
Sunday - 1.5 hours of classic skiing in the gats
